Initial Appointment

✓ We will discuss your medical history and understand your complaint, lifestyle and treatment goals.

✓ We will conduct a range of physical assessments to form a diagnosis, allowing us to create a personalised plan for you.

✓ Posture assessment.

This appointment will last 45 minutes- 1 hour.

Follow-up appointment

✓ Report of findings from our initial appointment.

✓ First treatment session which will include a range of chiropractic adjustments, massage techniques and mobilisations (dependent on your diagnosis and treatment plan)

✓ Advice to adjunct your treatment- including exercises and lifestyle changes.

This appointment will last 30 minutes.
